Privacy Policy

The short version

Everything you type into a Calquo calculator or tool is processed in your own browser and is never sent to our servers. We do not ask you to create an account, and we do not collect names, email addresses, or any other personal details to use the site. The data collection that does happen comes from two sources: anonymized page-view analytics, and the cookies used by our advertising partner, Google AdSense. Both are described in full below.

Calculator and tool inputs

Every calculator, converter, and developer tool on Calquo runs entirely client-side. The numbers, text, JSON, colors, or anything else you enter never leave your device: there is no form submission, no API call carrying your input, and no server-side log of what you calculated. If you close the tab, the inputs are gone.

Local storage for games

The daily games (Numble, Sequence, Gridlock, Estimate, and Cipher) save your progress, streaks, and completed puzzles in your browser's local storage. This data stays on your device and is never transmitted to us. You can erase it at any time by clearing your browser's site data for calquo.app.

Analytics

We use Vercel Analytics to understand which pages are visited and how the site performs. It records page views and aggregate metrics without using cookies and without building a profile of individual visitors. IP addresses are not stored; they are used transiently to derive coarse, aggregated location data (such as country) and then discarded. You can read more in Vercel's analytics privacy documentation.

Advertising and cookies

Calquo is supported by advertising served through Google AdSense. Google and its certified ad partners use cookies and similar technologies (such as web beacons and device identifiers) to serve ads and measure their performance. Where you have consented to it, these cookies may be used to show personalized ads based on your prior visits to this and other websites; otherwise ads are non-personalized and cookies are used only for purposes like frequency capping and fraud prevention.

These are the only cookies in use on Calquo. The site itself does not set any first-party cookies.

• You can opt out of personalized advertising by many third-party vendors at aboutads.info/choices or, in the EU, at youronlinechoices.eu.
• Details of how Google uses data from sites that use its services are published at policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites.
• You can also block or delete cookies entirely through your browser settings. The site's calculators and tools work normally with all cookies blocked.

Consent

If you are visiting from the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or Switzerland, you will be shown a consent message before any advertising cookies are set, and you can decline or change your choice at any time through that message. Declining consent limits ads to non-personalized ones; it does not affect your access to any part of the site.

Your rights

Because Calquo does not collect or store personal data on its own servers, there is no Calquo-held profile of you to access, correct, or delete. For data handled by our third-party providers, you can exercise your rights (including access, deletion, and objection under the GDPR, and the rights granted by the CCPA/CPRA to California residents) directly with them: Google's privacy controls are at policies.google.com/privacy. Children

Calquo is a general-audience site. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children; as described above, we do not collect personal information from anyone.

Changes to this policy

If we add features that change how data is handled (for example, accounts or a feedback form), this policy will be updated before those features launch, and the date at the top of the page will change.
